FH3 Keeps Crashing

Everytime I go to play FH3 it crashes. This is really frustrating! I have contacted Microsoft and they think it is the disc and want 20 or 25 dollars to send me a new disc. I have already spent 50 dollars on the game! Anyone with any information please help!

forza horizon 3 keeps crashing

my xbox keeps crashing fh3 but i can plays other games without problems. I already re-installed the game and the game keeps crashing. Can somebody help me??

 

nba gametime app keeps crashing.....why has this not been fixed yet its been happening for months

nba gametime app still keeps crashing thats two nights in a row now, can anyone help, ive done a hard reset but still keeps crashing

 

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? Another option would be to try deleting the game and reinstalling it.

 

I am having the same issue. Started for me Saturday evening 4/25. I have done everything. Power cycle, reinstall, MS tech support pretty much had me reprogram my router and now wants me to contact my ISP and have them come out here to check lines. Crazy.
At least it is nice to know other people are having the same problem and its not just me.

 

A lot of people are having this issue while others are not. Nothing is being explained or nothing appears to be receiving acknowledgement and it is getting irritating. Either Microsoft or Turn 10 need to take responsibility and perform maintenance on the
game, or I will get rid of it...and that's the last thing I want to do. Everything was fine until the last weekend of March, and now I can't get past the title screen without it crashing

 

Are you using an external storage device? If so, try moving the game to internal.

 

I am having the same issue. I did everything on my end to fix these stupid MS issues which happened to me on each single Xbox I ever bought without any improvement. I bought the ultimate edition for more than a 100$ also Forza 6 is doing the same thing,
and it is the ultimate edition too. But strange enough Project Cars didn't do it. All of them are digital copies. And my HDD is half empty. But I think it's either a Hard drive malfunction or a ram management issue.

 

I was able to get some improvement after I cleared the locally saved game and resync it.. but again it crashed on the final lap of one of the races. This is really frustrating!

But It MIGHT solve the problem temporarily(for I am experminting yet with this solution at the time of writing this post)

I got rid of the problem temporarily by Doing The following To clear The saved game on the console and the cloud:

Clearing the locally saved game as the first step through the Settings-) System-) Storage-) Clear Local Saved Game. The device will reboot and take a while..

Then I Disconnected the console from the internet connection Through Settings-) Network-) Network Settings-) Disconnect ((Wire)) or (Wireless at this point for me).

Then I started the game as new... !!!! You will lose all your progress because Sync cannot be reached and no save slot on local storage!

Then Past the brightness selection screen I quitted the game and closed it by:

Pressing home button-) Highlighting FH3-) Press 'Start' button-) Scrolling down to quit.

Then I Reconnected My Wireless through the settings again..

Then I Restarted the game..

The Game Synced..

Started Normally..

And I have been playing for the last 3 hours without a single crash.

This tells me this a miscommunication between the os and hdd issue.. though I am not an expert.. this is why I made this fool proof guide for my exact steps which helped me get back to the game which I just bought..

But clearly the previous save was corrupted during Sync and I am very sure of this. Because I remember now that this issue occurred after I started the game and the game prompted me to choose either starting with the local save or cloud saved game.. when
I chose the cloud save These issues started occurring last night. And finally I got it now..

Again just to be clear.

((((If you follow my steps you will lose your progress and start over again)))). Because it is bound to a corrupted save unfortunately.

Sorry for the boring details but I thought somebody might need it.
