    FH3 Game crashes after last XBox One Update


    My xbox one did a system update on 5.5.2017 and since then, Forza Horizon 3 crashes 100% of the time. The catch is, it only crashes if I am online. If I pull the Ethernet cable from the Xbox, the game will load and play fine. Disc is totally damage free.
    System does not have any issues. I chatted with Microsoft Xbox One Support and they were not able to resolve the issue. I'll link that chat session to this posting.

    The game worked without any issue prior to the last system update (except for an occasional freeze/reboot). Is anyone else seeing this issue w FH3 (or any other game) since last update? I hope they resolve it soon.

    OS Unstable after november update

    Has anyone else had OS lockups/crashes/freezes after the november update?

    Happened to me 3 times after the last system update.

    My Froza Horizon 3 crashed everytime with unknown reason.

    Just like the title.

    FH3 always crash without any code or sth else.I tried everything but still crash like hell.

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? What about deleting then reinstalling the game?

    If those do not work then be sure to file a bug report on the console (hold the Guide button until the option to shut down comes up. report is on the right side). If you are in the Insider Program you should also report this via the preview forums https://forums.xbox.com/en-CA/forums/6937b0de-f1dc-422c-a331-bdd036790d88_5076b182-0c50-4690-a730-cd...

    Yes, I have tried power cycling as well as uninstall/reinstall of the FH3 game. No luck. I did not file a bug report though. I'll do that now. Thanks.

    FH3 crashing issue resolved!! It's working! What did I do? On my Xbox, I logged out of my Xbox Live Account. I then rebooted my system, loaded the game disc, then started up the game. The standard FH3 video/animations came up as normal, but then as I chose
    to play, I was greeted with the message to Log In to a Xbox Live account. I did log in to my Xbox account, and the game continued on. I played for a few minutes to see if the game would crash. It didn't. I played for a few hours and the game worked as it has
