FH3 for Windows 10 has no achievements in Xbox and Forza Hub app.

That is a solution we have commonly seen for Windows 10 Achievements. As long as you're running a genuine version of Windows 10, you should have that service on your Windows 10 PC. Try these steps out:

1. Select Windows Key + R to open 'Run'.
2. Type out services.msc
3. Within the services menu, organize by 'Name' to make the list organized alphabetically.
   
4. Scroll down to services that start with C and ensure that 'Connected User Experiences and Telemetry' is set to 'Automatic'.
5. Restart your Windows 10 PC.

Try going about it that specific way and if you're still unable to locate that service, that may be where we would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance with
your Windows 10 install.

The Forza Hub issue is with the Windows 10 app. On the console it works fine and it logs me in instantly. With the PC version, I get the spinning loading circle for 10-20 seconds, then it says that the Forza Hub is currently unavailable.

Just noticed on Forza Hub app on xb1 that it still says preorder now when selecting FH3 when all my other Forza titles say Play Now... All are physical copies... Maybe something linked to that??

BTW, I forgot to mention that around the time this started happening, I also started having issues with the Forza Hub app on Windows 10. Now that app is borderline unusable as well.

What happens is, when I launch it, I just get a spinning loading circle for ages, then it says "Sorry, the Forza Hub is currently unavailable", however, sometimes if I close the app and immediately re-open it again, it works fine.

I don't know what's causing it as nothing has changed at my end, but for some reason, both the Forza Hub and Xbox apps are having trouble connecting to the servers to pull in the required data.
