[FH3] Achievements not unlocked!

Hello everybody! I am having an issue with Forza Horizon 3 and its achievements. An assistant of the xbox support team gave me a hint to post here in order to get this issue fixed, because I am not able to fix this by myself!

Following issue:

There are lots of achievements I should have, but never received. Now I am not able to unlock these achievements anymore, since I am already done with nearely everything in FH3. Is it possible for a support member to unlock these missing achievements? I
have no problem to prove, what achievements I should have and which ones not.

Since I am level 802, I played FH3 a lot (286 hours). Since release. And despite some technical issues and several issues with coop gameplay, it is my absolute favourite game! However. Those are the achievements I should have, but never received...:

- First things first. My experience says 7,278,113 points. Since I am level 802, this just cannot be correct at all. There should be around 70 to 80 million exp.

- It also says that i just have 9,133,142 fans, which is impossible, because I have all festivals maxed out!





Missing achievements:

- 'Welcome to Your Horizon' -> As i stated. Level 802. I have to have this one...

- 'You're the Boss' -> All festival areas are maxed out. Never got this one.

- 'Do you even... oh, you do' -> I did this several times! Still don't receive this one.

- 'Racer's Paradise' -> Again... All festivals level 5.

- 'Relic Hunter' -> I did not search for the one in the addon. But I do have all 15 first barn finds! I just have 26%.

- 'Throwdown' -> Did it and got nothing for it.

- 'Drive to the Music You Love' -> I am finished with the festivals and all the 'story'-races. Should have it.

- 'Screaming through the Valley' -> Since I have evere festival on lvl 5....

- 'Bushcraft' -> Same here.

- 'YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS' -> Also the same here.

- 'Like a Boss' -> ... And for here.

- 'Best. Horizon. Ever.' -> I completed it. Several times. No achievement.

- 'Eat My Dust' -> 0%. I did 20 of them at least!

- 'Drop in the Bucket' -> Also 0%. And i definitely did this so often...

- 'Who's Hiding These?' -> I have all of them. I can clearly see this in the ingame stats and on the map!

- 'I Know These Roads' -> Only 70% even though I drove on all of them!

- 'Perks of the Job' -> 999 Skill points. Cannot unlock any more there. No achievement.

-'I Want It All' -> Of course I did this with level over 800!

- '5 Star Seller - A+++++' -> I sold around 15 cars! Here I am at 0%

- 'Exhibition Expert' -> finished this yesterday. My Xbox profile says 9%...

- 'Horizon Hardcore' -> I am not finished yet with 7 championships left. But I still am just at 30% which is not correct.

- 'Backpacker' -> did it, which I clearly see on the map. Only 7% in achievements.

This is it! Either i received the not stated achievements or I did not do them yet (includes Blizzard Mountain, where I receive the achievements as I should).

I really want to have all 1500 points! But I really have no idea how I would ever get those while the achievement system appears to be broken for me! I just don't want to start all over again! This would mean, that I lost 286 hours of play time since
release! Is there any way to fix the achievements on my xbox profile? My objective is, to complete it all! I mean... These 1500 points are there for being achieved, right?

YOLO rewards 3 & 4 not updating

Hi,

I bought Forza Horizon 3 for the YOLO rewards and an avatar item. This unlocked reward 1 & 2 and soon after that I earned at least 5 achievements in FH3, which should unlock rewards 3 & 4. Unfortunately, after more then 96 hours, the rewards are still not
tracked.

 

Groove Music not working i FH3. All stations and festivals unlocked

Groove Music radio is not aviable for me. I don't have Groove Music radio and Groove Music playlist in audi settings. I unlocked all stations i FH3. Groove playlist shuffle option not working also. Can i somehow use Groove Music Radio in FH3 in Poland? Leave

Really sorry to hear about the achievement trouble you're having! If you haven't already, please make sure to check out our

Achievement Troubleshooter. If you're still having trouble, follow the link to the forum post near the end of the troubleshooter and follow the steps there. Keep in mind, when submitting the survey, you'll want to submit a survey for each achievement you're
having trouble with. Thanks a ton for your patience with this.

 

Thank you for answering! That helped at least a bit! I checked the trouble shooter, but sadly it did not help.

In this survey there are s lot of questions, I actually cannot answer in a precise manner anymore, because some of the achievements should be unlocked since the early access release of FH3 at 23rd September 2016. I am really not able to know the exact time
and date of 22 missing achievements...

In this case it's best to put your best approximation for the time you believe they should have been unlocked so the teams looking at the survey will be able to take a look.

But before I take action, could you please tell me, if there is actually any chance, to get these achievements afterwards with the help of the support or will I have to begin from zero again anyways?

 

That's not something we have any information on. The survey results are sent to the appropriate teams for investigation. That does not guarantee a resolution, however.
