FFXV Avatar codes missing

Discus and support FFXV Avatar codes missing in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I've bought Final Fantasy XV on 06/28/2016, but still didnt got the avatar codes mailed to me.     FFXV Avatar codes missing


    I've bought Final Fantasy XV on 06/28/2016, but still didnt got the avatar codes mailed to me. I've tried the phone support, but they said cant be helped there because I`m a preview member, so I` posting here in the hope you guys can help me.

    Final Fantasy XV avatar codes w/ digital preorder

    Hey there,

    I preordered FFXV for Xbox One on April 24th and have not received the avatar codes. I hear that this has been a problem for some people. What can I do to get those codes?

    Final Fantasy XV preorder, no avatar codes

    title pretty much says it. I preordered FFXV via Xbox store. I got the car skin and angler set... but I still haven't gotten codes for the avatar & carbuncle. Is there some sort of delay?
