    FF XV pre order code never sent to me


    5-10 days was the estimation for how long my Xbox One avatar's special FF XV clothing items pre order bonus was supposed to come, it has now been over a month, am I safe to assume my code was never sent to me for an unspecified reason and how do I eventually
    get the message sent to me?

    Final Fantasy XV avatar pre-order codes

    So, I pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV a few weeks ago, but never got the codes and it's well past the 7-10 day period. I've contacted the Twitter support, they sent me to the chat support. The chat support sent me here, which they gave me a code for our chat
    since it was recorded.. In case you need it.

    I am about to pre-order Final Fantasy XV but still have not received any answer for this. If I do, will the system think that I have 3 games pre-ordered? And what would happen next? Will I get charged back once it is obvious that in reality I only had 2
    games pre-ordered? If that would be the case I will refrain from pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV. Could you please help me?
