    FexEx Failed to deliver an order - I want Microsoft to deliver it without refunding.


    I spent $43 on a controller on sale, FedEx decided to return it for whatever reason. I want my controller at the price I paid for it. Will Microsoft honor my purchase or will I now have to fork out an extra $21 for a controller I bought?

    Does anyone else have a precedence?

    So I refunded a controller and now I changed my mind about the controller I want it still but it has shipped already I think what happens if it ships and I open it even when I request a refund

    After 3 months of owning X1 I am extremely happy I got one.

    First party games failed to deliver, forza had to be toned down in order to hit 1080/60 and failed to use the to simulate strong graphics, when u pitch something demo it.

    They fell short on all 3parties and even first parties they couldn't deliver 1080. Seems like there is no help for them mu friend not me.

    Try canceling the order. it should refund your purchase if your product hasn't been shipped/delivered to your house.
