Few Questions about Credits, Summer Spotlight and Punch my Pre Order

Okay so first thing is the Summer Spotlight Sale it currently says ive only reached half of the £40 for the Summer Spotlight rewards but I have bought Batman:
The Enemy Within - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5) (£24.99), Killing Floor 2 (£29.99) and I pre order Resident Evil Revelations (£15.99) which is
more than £40 for the reward.

The second thing is Punch my Pre Order I pre ordered Agents of Mayhem, Destiny and Marvel vs Capcom Infinite Is it because I requested the Pre order for Agents of Mayhem in June instead of July?

Then the credits thing as im confused this is the last thing I got 07/31/17 - MyVIP Star Rank 2 (Gold) - 2,100 Credits and after reading the FAQ. "Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand
titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items." I bought TEKKEN 7 - Eliza (£3.99), Item: Travel Pack (£0.39), Item: Angler Set (£0.39), Batman: The Telltale
Series - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5) (£10), STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ Ultimate Edition (£5), Assassin's Creed Syndicate - Season
Pass (£7.92), Assassin's Creed® Syndicate (£12), Assassin’s Creed® Liberation HD (£5.27), Season Pass For Assassins Creed 3 (£6.59),

Batman: The Enemy Within - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5) (£24.99), Killing Floor 2 (£29.99) and

Assassin's Creed Chronicles – Trilogy (£8) off the xbox store during the month of August and I believe I get 4% of that back which works out as like £4.50 in credit.

When would I get this credit and the special credit with the Summer Spotlight Sale and when I pay Platinum in Warframe tomorrow for the 3 months Freedom Rewards would that be all added together to my overall credits. Sorry for the
inconvenience just had a lot of questions just before August ends thanks very much for any support given.

Haven't received my 4000 credits from the Summer Spotlight yet

Hi!

During the Summer Spotlight promotion I ordered Mega Man Legacy Collection 2, Tacoma and pre-ordered Cuphead but I haven't received my 4000 reward credits yet.

Is this normal?

 

Games on demand punchcard

Hi,

I'm not getting credit for my pre-order of Resident Evil 7 on my punch card.

Support will get back to you about the Summer Spotlight credits, but for the games on demand punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. If you preordered Agents of Mayhem before July 1, then it would not be eligible.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So credits for August purchases will be shown as pending by mid-September.

 

I did they told me to contact here as they dont deal with reward issues is what I was told. So have to wait for xbox rewards person to see what happens.

 

Im going to add this before they reply. My gold ran out on the 26th August but nothinh was bought on that day as between the 25th and the 27h Support had made me reset my entire xbox as it would not allow me to put my Gold code in which I had since the 25th.
So please dont not allow me to get my points or the points I should of got because of a technical error with the xbox itself if you can find the support chat during that time there is prove I had the code already and was trying to fix it to continue my membership.

Extra Notes:

Pre Order punch card has been completed will wait the right amount of time for that and Freedom rewards and will make a forum if it isnt added by the 96 hours or so and waiting to see if I will get about a 4% cash back or 2%.

Summer Spotlight has been added to my account.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, so your August 28th purchase of Killing Floor 2 for the Summer Spotlight only completed that offer on September 1st.

Regarding Games on Demand, from the FAQ:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see description in the next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between 1 July 2017 00:00 UTC and 30 September 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since your purchase of Agents of Mayhem was made in June 10th, before this offer was created, it was not eligible for that offer. Since you have only made two eligible pre-orders within the offer period, you have not yet completed that offer.

Regarding MyVIP payback, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Regarding your completion of FREEdom, we do not see any issue with your purchase completing the offer sometime later today or tomorrow, after the 96 hour processing period. We also do not see any issue with your Gold subscription, and it appears that your
renewal was adjusted properly.
