Few problems with XBOX Game Pass on PC

I have some problems with the XBOX Game Pass for PC:

1. I get this error 0xa3e903eb when I try to install EA games.

2. Most of the times when I want to install a game, and I watch to choose where to install, It doesn't show me all the drives that I have on my PC but only the main drive where Windows is installed;

3. When I do manage to install a game in another drive (not where Windows is installed) - the game crashes immediately.

4. Sometimes EA games dissapear and not showing on the installed list.

5. Forza Horizon 4 is crashing immediately (tried to uninstall, installing on another drive, updating drivers, updating windows).

PC SPECS:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: AMD RX 5600 XT

16GB RAM

It ended with some fails tho: "The package could not be installed because resources it
modifies are currently in use."

Anyway, what problem exactly it meant to fix?

Move the slider from off (Never notify) to any of the other 3 options

I did that and I also repaired the XBOX app, and now it doesn't show the error 0xa3e903eb , but it's stuck on "Preparing: 0%", then after a while it cancels the instllation. seems like the problem is now on EA side, as on the EA app it shows "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hand tight while we try to solve the problem. "

Do you know maybe why games that are installed on another drive (not in the same drive where Windows installed) are just crashing immediately? it's an ssd (NTFS).

Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following, which I believe reinstalls the default apps on Windows 10.

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

I don't understand what do you mean "Set the UAC switch to ON." - there are 4 options there, which one are you talking about?
It's on default right now.
