Fetching Online Profile

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with UPnP unavailable and fetching the online profile for Call of Duty : WW2. The Hotspot does not have the available configuration to troubleshoot.

I recommend trying the following troubleshooting article:

I've been playing online games through my mobile hotspot on my phone. I've never had an issue other than occasional poor service. Ive never had an issue with fetching my online profile on COD WW2 until now. It does not seem to want to "fetch" it.
I've turned xbox off, including hotspot, disconnected from hotspot (xbox) then reconnected but still no difference. I checked network settings and say all services available. Only thing that changed from play 1 hour ago is my UPnP is unavailable but that should
be an issue. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Try a hard reset of the console (hold the power icon for a few seconds till it does a full shutdown) and also power cycle your phone. Have you tried that yet?

This happens to me all the time, I just push the xbox guide button wait for the screen to pop up and then push it again to close it and my COD profile loads.

Dont really know if this is a fix bit it works for me.

Hello.Sorry to hear of your problem.This is gonna sound stupid,but are you sure your signed in on live?Cause i cant think of why else besides being banned it wouldnt be able to find your profile? Unless someone else jumps in and gived you more tips on what
to do,u may want to contact IW support and let them know.Good luck to you.

Hello, sorry to hear about your problem with Call of Duty, let's see if I can be of some assistance. How long has this been happening to your account? Were you able to connect before? If you are not receiving an error stating that your account was banned,
then your not banned. MS and Activision let's players know when they are banned from XBL/their game. Here are some simple solutions that might resolve the issue, that I've used in the past when I've encountered this error:

• When this happens, try disconnecting from Xbox Live, then power cycling your modem and router to obtain a fresh IP address.
  
• Once your modem and router have been power cycled, try connecting to Call of Duty again.
  
• If the same problem occurs, try directly connecting your Xbox to your modem/router and see if that fixes the problem.
  
• Make sure UPnP is enabled on your Router.
