Festival texture pack, some things are transparent on MineCraft xbox one

I have the latest Minecraft on Xbox one, and purchased the Festival Pack, for christmas and some things are not showing up

the Doors are invisible, the crops are invisible the torches are invisible.

and most all the vegetation are also invisible.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the minecraft this did not repair the problem. I also have rebooted my system several times, without any change.

My other texture packs are fine.

What else could I do to fix this problem. ???

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds you're experiencing a visual bug in Minecraft. I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. Have you tried performing a

soft factory reset on the console? As well I recommend reaching out to the Minecraft forums. Please let us know how it goes.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you

Hello,

I uninstalled minecraft (latest edition )Iwhich afterward all packs had she same issue with Textures, even the default one.

I did a soft reset still having the same issue with all texture packs so I did another reset and uninstalled and removed ALL game data even my saves then reinstalled minecraft with the basics. that seemed to fix the default. then I also installed
my city pack after playing for several days it worked fine.

I then Installed the Festive pack 2016 and it still does has the problem.

I contacted Mojang, and they said they did not offer support for the lasted version put out, I had to contact xbox again.

I am not happy 1, getting the run around and 2. the product not working as it should.

I really enjoyed the texture pack on my 360, as well as the xbox one edition, for this time of the year,

I would enjoy it if it worked correctly on the current edition of the Xbox One Version.

I would apprecitate a fix Without having to erase my xbox

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

I checked through my purchase history and it does not show the Minecraft game for some reason, i assume it may be because i add Microsoft credit to my account and use that to purchase items.

However in my purchase history there is several Minecraft texture packages, so these should prove i have once owned the game, only a fool would buy texture packages for a game they did not own.

I also have 40% of Achievements for the game so i obviously played for a period of time.

I know i played the game online because when i was not connected to the internet my worlds did not appear.
