Fermeture intempestive systématique de l'application Microsoft Jigsaw -[Translation - ...

Bonjour,

J'utilise cette application (Microsoft Jigsaw) depuis environ 2 mois.

Jusqu'ici tout se passait sans incidents. Cependant, depuis hier, l'application se ferme toute seule au moment d'ouvrir un puzzle.

Après avoir réinitialisé l'application, procédé la désinstallation puis réinstallation (environ une dizaine de fois), l'incident se répète.

J'ai perdu toutes mes données de jeu, car je n'avais pas synchronisé de compte Xbox (ce qui est fait depuis pour éviter de perdre nouveau mon historique)

L'application ne cesse de se fermer lorsque je tente d'ouvrir un puzzle.

Avez-vous une solution m'apporter afin que je puisse continuer utiliser votre application ?

Ce problème est-il connu de vos services ?

I've been using this application (Microsoft Jigsaw) for about 2 months.

Progress not synching between computers

I have two computers, both with Windows 8.1 and both have Microsoft Jigsaw installed. On my desktop computer, I was playing Microsoft Jigsaw and then I closed the application. A bit later, I logged into my laptop computer and opened Microsoft Jigsaw and
completed several puzzles under classic jigsaw. Moving forward to today, I open Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop computer, and go into the classic jigsaw. None of what I completed on my laptop computer carried over to the desktop. Both computers are using the
same microsoft account and both are using the same xbox games username. What happened?
