Fenix Omen Lancer code gives me a Swarm Emblem when redeemed.

As the title says, I received a physical card with a code for Fenix Omen Lancer skin. When I redeemed the code, it showed the Swarm Emblem as the downloaded item. I contacted Microsoft Chat 10/11/16 and they said it was a known issue and I would receive
the correct code in my xbox messages for the Fenix Omen in 14 days. I have not received a code for the lancer in my messages, so I contacted them again today. I was given the link and told to post my issue here.

Code Redeeming Issue

I recently got in contact with a virtual agent and brought up the issue with them but was told to create a post here so that the issue could be further addressed.

I pre ordered the Exclusive version of Gears of War 4, and with it came a pack of cards for redeeming. After I had redeemed the "Swarm" emblem code, I then redeemed the "Phoenix Omen Lancer" weapon skin code. But when I did it told me that I had redeemed
"Swarm" emblem.

This confused me since I had just redeemed that code for the emblem already right before I had redeemed this code. Upon going to the main menu of the game I saw that the "Phoenix Omen Lancer" weapon skin had not been unlocked. (The emblem however had)

The virtual agent had me give her both codes, upon which she confirmed that both of the codes were set to give me "Swarm" emblem. She then told me that after creating this post and informing of the problem I would receive a new code for the "Phoenix Omen Lancer"
weapon skin.

I hope this resolves my issue.
