    Fellow Gamers, Please Help By Checking This Out


    I can't find a category for Xbox.com website issues, so hopefully, I can make some progress here. I have not been successful in other methods of getting help from Xbox Support with this issue, so I'm asking for help from Xbox users.

    Would you please take a moment to visit
    www.Xbox.com
    , click on Friends, choose a friend whom you know is sharing their Friends List (you can verify this on one of the Xbox consoles) and after choosing that friend, go to the right side of their profile page under the 6 friends' icons that show
    up and click on the "View All" link.

    Are you getting any result, showing a list of their friends, or, are you getting a "(0) No one to show here" response?

    I, and several other people are getting a (0) friends in the Friends List after clicking "View All" when it should be showing a list of their friends.

    I have tried IE, Mozilla Firefox, Maxthon Browser, and Chrome on Windows OS. I have also tried on Android using Firefox, Chrome and a browser built for Acer tablets.

    It would be helpful if you would respond with your result, what operating system you're using, and what browser you're checking the Friends List with. I do not need results from gaming consoles, as it's working there. It's just a problem on the Xbox.com website.

    This will probably not be fixed unless other users start responding and complaining if it's happening to them. Everyone that I have had check this, except one, have reported it's not working for them. The other, one person, is using Windows 10 with Edge browser
    and he said it's working normally as it should.

    I would appreciate any help, thank you.

    Sorry Malice Alyce, but this website has a history of not working correctly going back several years. Periodically names disappear, everyone shows as silver members for days and weeks at a time, the "oops that shouldn't have happened" issues, the fact that
    2 years later your game card can't display your Xbox One games, etc. Many of us have come to the conclusion that it won't get any better as pleas to fix various bugs and glitches have fallen on some deaf ears. The developer even did a survey and asked for
    feedback about the various issues and then fixed nothing, nada, zilch.

    I'm sure the situation you describe exists but have little confidence in the fact that noise, any noise about it will resolve the issue. Past history suggests otherwise. The fact the Edge browser does not have this issue leads me to conclude that that is
    the supported browser for the site and anything else, working or not, is by design.

    Sorry for being so long winded, but you need to know the history of this forum to see that if you have a problem, either ignore it or do without.

    Hi Jayadub, Thanks for taking the time to give me some input. I don't mind anyone being 'long winded' if they're contributing to a conversation.

    I know what you mean about the issues not being solved. I can't count the number of times I'd come to the Status page to see that a lot of the Services for XBL were down, on a daily basis. Services that we have paid to use with our membership that weren't
    available to us on a regular basis.

    Did you try viewing your friends' Friends List on the website by clicking the "View All" link?

    I did in several browsers including Edge and it doesn't work for me either.
