'Fell out of Heaven' Achievement - Saint's Row Gat out of Hell

So I've played through the entire game and 100% the entire thing, including buying all of the supernatural upgrades. It seems that a lot of people have been having this issue, but I don't understand why I have not received this achievement yet, as they are
required for 100%. I have received the achievement for 100% therefore the xbox must know that I have bought all of supernatural upgrades and therefore should unlock me the achievement and not be stuck on 93%. On the xbox, on the achievement menu for the game,
the 'Game Completion' stat says 100%.

and unfortunately it looks like several people in the comments have had a similar issue to yours, potentially depending on the order they did a few things during the game. If the above troubleshooting steps don't work, and you have verified that you've met
