You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

check your purduce history and check to see if your subscribed to anything and work from that hopefully you find what it is

You could have outstanding fees on your Microsoft account, so when an amount that is sufficient shows up in your account balance...the outstanding fees are being taken care for by themselves. The best way to look into this would be to look at your billing
history manually online and see what's going on. Also check what status you're subscriptions are on. It could be set to pay portions if there is money available. My Xbox Live used to get paid that way, because I used Xbox Dollar Gift Cards a lot when I was
younger and the residual would carry over (its a very odd payment method but it exists.)

You can also check your order history at account.microsoft.com and it will tell you any purchases that have been made on your account and what payment option was used to pay them.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Are you referring to your bank account or your Microsoft currency? If it is currency there is some that expire. For example if you earn currency from getting a lot of gamer score in a month, that currency
will expire. You can request a call from support to see if this is the case.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
