    Feels Like Xbox is protecting two players who have been harassing me for some time now


    I've been reporting two players who are members of the same squad now without much success (or so it appears) despite having proof of evidence that clearly shows targeting/cheating/and harassment by the two specific players while they are using the Xbox Live Services in addition to other platforms that shows screenshots of intent to harass me.

    While I understand that Xbox cannot take action for behavior as to what happens on third party platforms, I have offered to provide the enforcement team several screenshots worth of evidence to show that I am being unfairly targeted/harassed in game on Xbox Live by two specific users and one of them has also blatantly cheated in a multiplayer game while using Xbox Live in the past.

    I am just baffled by the lack of enforcement and it's beginning to feel like that maybe Enforcement is protecting the players for having a higher gamer score or something else is going on.

    I have been unable to play the one game I enjoy playing, which is most likely going to result in me switching to another platform to play it because of the lack of enforcement.

    I have used the report option on console in addition to speaking with live chat about the problems. I have talked to a few reps who appeared to be very sympathetic and assured me they flagged the accounts. I have offered to download screenshots as evidence for harassment and targeting by the two specific players. I've been ignored when offering the evidence.

    I'm worn down and feeling like I'm screaming at a brick wall when it comes to being ignored especially when I have proof of behavior by the two players. While I enjoy Game Pass for its benefits, the nature and widespread scale of the harassment by said players is making me seriously considering leaving Xbox for another platform - at least for that one specific game. I'm still unsure as to my status for when it comes time to renew Ultimate Game Pass.

    The two specific players are the ones who are causing the most trouble, and they encouraged their friends to harass me when this all started months ago.

    I have never responded to these players on Xbox Live.

    I don't mind some playful banter every now and then, but this cyberbullying has resulted with me having to set my online profile to private including taking a break from the game that I enjoy because of their intent to target me in game when they have a squad and I'm playing solo.

    I'm just very exhausted and it feels like the Enforcement team just doesn't care.

    Where did I say anywhere that I was replying to them? I said everything is blocked on Xbox Live. As for the Discord comments, they don't know that I found those comments since I haven't said anything on there.

    And I do have proof of them entering the same match. Support doesn't exist for the game from its devs anymore and I have tried reaching out to the devs directly without any success.
    This is where your problem lies: Xbox Enforcement solely deals with things happening on Xbox Live itself, such as in party chats or direct messages. Whilst games may utilise the XBL service, Enforcement have no jurisdiction over what happens in-game...that is down to the Developer/Publisher of the game. And there is the issue as the Developer no longer supports the game, you effectively have no way to deal with abuse/harassment in-game.

    With regards to offering evidence, Xbox Enforcement don't accept (or allow the ability to upload) any form of evidence...as their sole remit is Xbox live and they have access to all communications on the Xbox Live platform.

    As to the reps saying they have flagged the accounts: I would take that with a pinch of salt....Enforcement are the only people who can do anything....the reps can maybe flag the account for Enforcement to look at but it is in-game which is outside their remit so will achieve nothing.

    Unfortunately, the won't get matched thing with them doesn't appear to be happening. I have blocked them and the other steps. The game we play is so bad at match making that I'll most likely end up joining a round that they are in and they have also joined in rounds that have been in progress where I am in before they enter. This has happened multiple times even after reporting and blocking them.

    Because as mentioned reps do not have anything to do with enforcement NOR does uploading content allowed period

    As mentioned it can be manipulated as you been told many times already

    Only data the enforcement team trusts are the network data period

    It would be the same data as not manipulated data since it is from the ACTUAL source thr servers not from you

    So if you flagged it nothing can be done other then reports

    Since you are replying to them you aren't ignoring them

    Everytime you reply to them it unblock them

    Your're right in the fact that it's no different on any other platform.

    If you are connected to a game on the XBL network and are matched using this system, then blocking them will prevent this. If the game is crossplay and they are connected using another network, then you will have to block them in the game itself. Microsoft can do nothing about this.

    If the game has crossplay and this option is not available, you should be able to just turn off crossplay.

    Go to your Xbox settings

    Scroll to Account and click on Privacy and Online Safety

    Click on Xbox Live Privacy

    Click on View Details and Customise

    Click on Communications and Multiplayer

    Change "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live" to block.
