....welcome to XBL customer support AKA the "Pass-the-buck-twostep" ...not much help to be had there really (I'm a veteran) wait till they (XBL) tell you it's an EA/Origin problem and to contact them ...then two weeks later when EA/Origin finally get to
your email .... they tell you to "contact XBL customer support" ...good times

 

You can buy a One for under $350. You can get a digital copy of BF4 for $10. Premium links to your account for free. the vast majority of people don't have the issues you're having, so I dunno....maybe you should just go.

 

....Xbox One, more than any other console out there is going to teach you how to become somewhat self reliant when it comes to undoing glitches, clearing your cache, power-cycling, un-plugging re-plugging things, cycling your modem/router, inserting disks
then eject-reinsert-eject-reinsert-eject-reinsert, and holding your mouth just right ....it's a hoot man....but when it works it's pretty ok, and atleast M$'s security is half a heartbeat better than PSN's

 

Isn't even worth your time; the only war-game campaign, to finally catch my attention, won't even save. The game is broken; only, they won't tell you that until you pay for it. They don't even have the decency to refund you for failing to inform the customer
that they're not actually getting what they're paying for. Weak and disrespectful. This is definitely EAs' fault, but Microsoft reduces their credibility by false advertising. No win in this situation.
