I've just had the pleasure of being completely ignored by the Microsoft helpdesk guy/girl, who disconnected me after I mentioned I wanted to file a complaint.

I had a high points balance then, leading to a small remaining balance now. All the helpdesk people say, is the same mantra "buy something quickly". Which is not a solution if there's no current DLC content out now, which I would want to buy.
