    I had an issue around Rock Band 4 and DLC downloads. Attempting to access chat support via Chrome would not get past step 2, selecting the support type.

    Move over to IE and four out of six attempts I would get the floating page saying something akin to session cookie does not match chat cookie. On one of them I got the floating window to populate content but it failed to initialize the chat system. On
    the other one that loaded the chat window it went all white while I was typing to the agent.

    Very, very frustrated at this point I decided to use the call back support option. That call cut off while giving my email address. I am now so frustrated by the lack of any support being able to be achieved and the wasted time I am giving up for the day.

    The level of support received is sitting at the same level as I have received from Madcatz for their messup and Harmonix for theirs. That level happens to be the gutter.

    Can't hear my Mic

    The console itself doesn't provide you 'feedback' from your own voice, so if the headset doesn't support it on a hardware level there's nothing that can be done to remedy this.

    If you'd like to see the console do this on a software/OS level, it might be worth heading over to
    Xbox Feedback to make the suggestion.

    Message from Microsoft??

    For every issue with the live service you have the choice to post in the forums of contact support in chat, twitter or phone.

    If you have concrete suggestions on how to better the service you can post it at the feedback site:

    The users on the forum are mostly community members like yourself. There are a few Xbox Support Staff, they will have "Level: S" under their name.

    The levels reset each month so it would be more difficulty to reach higher levels every month, but you should send feedback to Microsoft

    ANd to add, as they refuse to give support: They close the tickets and deny anykind of feedback response as well, giving a very aweful customer service.
