im on the beta preview but have opted out of it now so will be going back to regular updates once the next one gets pushed

Activity Feed Issue

Activity Feed Issue

I've had this issue for a couple of weeks now. When it first occurred I thought nothing of it, figured it would be fixed soon. My game clips are not sharable at all. Not to my showcase, not to my activity feed, not from smartglass... I have removed my profile,
unplugged my console for over five minutes, did not help. Now I see others are having the same issues as me, but only a small percentage. Why is that? Get it fixed Microsoft. Don't leave us hanging

 

I am also having a simular problem with my xbox one, it hasnt acknowledged any of the achievements that i've completed for about 5 days straight and some dating back afew weeks ago making out that they havent been completed at all. How do i fix this?? Or
when will it be fixed??

 

Leighton F 99 - Unfortunately, your issue sounds slightly different than this one. If your achievements aren't updating, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into, the games that aren't unlocking, the exact achievements
that haven't unlocked, and the date and time (including your time zone) that they should have unlocked. We'll be able to get you looked into once we have that information.

SR1 Dan - Since you are still in the preview program right now, please post this up in the preview forums I linked to above. If you still have access to the app, please fill out the feedback form on your console. Even though you opted out,
you won't be un-enrolled until the end of the current flight test. To get the best visibility for you right now, posting up in there is going to be the best. Thank you for understanding!

MaritalMercury - Thank you so much for this information! For the "last update" you have listed there, is that the last update in your activity feed or the last time you got a console update? Would you please provide me your region as well?

Misses Quinzel - I couldn't tell you if the problem I have stated applies to other games of mine but I can tell you it has applied to the game 'Destiny' as I have completed the achievements 'The Life Exotic' 'Suited for War' and also 'Notorious' which I
completed approximately 36-48 hours ago, I also believe that I have completed the achievement 'Public Defender'. unfortunately I cannot give exact Dates/times but my time zone is UTC.

MartialMercury - I'm not quite sure how to answer your question but the last achievement that was acknowledged by my xbox was on 18/11/2014 and my region is the United Kingdom.

Just redownloaded profile for a 2nd time. unplugged this time for longer, still no luck. But a new profile i made, the Activity feed seems to work fine.

 

Yeah made a new profile and as soon as i post something in feed it is there, It must be some problem on Microsofts end. Something to do with my profile on their end im guessing. I have redownloaded it so many times now lol.

 

I to have the same problem not updated In 3 week.. try everything to fix this but still have a problem. My friends don't see any of my activity on their feed....

 

My activity feed and recent games played list also not working.

I am having this issue too. I am in the preview programme. My issue was from 26 days ago. This is what is my issue in a bit if detail.

1. Cannot make a Post in the Activity Feed, but i CAN reply to other friends posts..

2. Cannot share a video to the Activity feed, but i Am able to on twitter fine.

3. The 'last 30 days' achievement leaderboard activity thread has me as 0, even though i have earned 350 or so achiev' points this week alone.

4. Achievements earned not sharing to the activity feed.

5. All of the above through the SmartGlass App..

Pleaee note that i have tried EVERYTHING from the powere re-set, to removing/reinstalling my profile from my XB1. I have tried my daughters profile on my XB1, and the activity feed works fine. So, this seems to be an issue with the 'SHARE' feature to my
Gamertag/profile, and is an Xbox live problem as i can share to twitter..

After trying to get help via Xbox support on twitter, they pointed me here.

Please help.

My issue was from 25 days ago and all recent games and achievements aren't shown.



Leighton F 99: It is a strange conicidence, I bealive that the problem has started with the November update . My feed activity shows achivements,video and post from 25 day ago and 25 day ago was the 1st November. Now I'm playing with Halo:
Master Chief Collection and GTA V but it is a hassle don't see your updated profile

 

Leighton F 99 - Your issue is a different issue than the activity feed issue. You're unable to unlock achievements that should be unlocked. Please create a new thread with this information so that we might be able to look into what is causing
your separate issue.

morfyboy - Please see the link above to the preview forums for your issue since you are in the preview program. You will want to post in there to have the Preview Team look into this issue further.

Stoney27z - Thank you so much for providing that to me! One last item, could you tell me how many days since your last update in your feed? I'll mark you down once I have that.

COBAIN6794 - I'm sorry to see that you've been affected, too! Could you please provide me with your console's OS by following the link I posted in the verified post? This will help us narrow some items down.

Having the same issue Misses Quinzel. I will post the info you are wanting when I get home to my console so we can figure out what's up with the activity feed issue.
