    Your Call_Center-Support kicked me out of the line!

    Problem: You charged twice this month.

    I called and asked why, so he told me, my PayPal-charging went wrong in june.

    I don´t use PayPal.

    So II told him, that the charge via my bank account was fine.

    I see you charged July 5.th and 6th.

    So he told me that i refuesed the charging in june and I has to send him a proof that the booking was ok.

    There is nothing to see in my account. Everything is ok.

    He told me to send an E-Mail and quit the phone.

    So what should I do ? Look into my account… some-1000 Euros spent on Xbox and Microsoft, Never let a Charge go back and he quits me?

    Just solve this please.

    Charged Twice!?

    I bought a month of Xbox Live Gold on November 2nd 2011 for myself and I got charged 10.19$ CAD twice for it... I wouldn't really care if it gave me 2 months for charging me twice but my time runs out December 2...And the weird thing is the payments are
    towards 2 different receivers?

    This will allow you to see what has happened and if they have charged twice, then you can use the links under the Subscription page to get through to the Microsoft Account support team who can review this in more depth and provide refunds if needed.

    If you were charged for an item you did not receive then you'll need to contact support and speak with billing.

    Hello Adam,

    We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look up the card and find if any other accounts are tied to it.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
