    A month ago i sent my xbox one x to repair and according to microsoft this was reconditioned, sent back and delivered but FedEx lost my console, theyre offering me a refund that doesn't cover a quarter of the console's value and
    they tell me its microsoft fault for not specifying the value of the package in the guide. No one in Spanis support chat, no phone and no way to communicate with support. who do i have to sue to get a full refund of my lost?

    Xbox One Gone and no one can help....

    So my friend and I had to send in his Xbox One. Microsoft let us know that the console was on its way back to us. We checked the status on 12/19/13 it said delivered, well we were at his house said the time delivered was 3:09 we went outside at 3:10 no truck
    driving off, no one knocked on the door and NO XBOX ONE at the door. We called FedEx and made a claim. We have been calling Microsoft and FedEx every day and so far all we got was

    12/20/13

    FedEx: "It's not our fault it's the sender’s responsibility you need to contact them."

    Microsoft: "You need to contact FedEx and talk to them."

    12/21/13

    FedEx: "We made no progress on locating you package. You need to contact Microsoft.”

    Microsoft: “We need to wait a few days to find out if FedEx calls you about you claim, then we can try and get you a different console.”

    12/27/13

    FedEx: “We made no new progress on your claim, its Microsoft fault you need to talk to them.”

    Microsoft: “We are not responsible for your console being lost and it is FedEx problem.”



    ….We are lost at what to do. That is $500 GONE!

    where is my xbox ?

    I have the same problem , it shows 2 labels created on friday 8/24 and a differentone on 8/27 with 2 day service , nothing has arrived and im not expecting my package to arrive tomorrow either . Im worried they lost my xbox one x , is this fedex problem
    or microsoft , im confused !!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Xbox one X 1TB, not launch model.

    The best "solution" Microsoft can offer me is i quete "Your console will be exchange with another that has been thoroughly tested to insure that it meets all of the high quality standards that Microsoft holds for its devices."

    I was offered no compensation whatsoever, i replied saying this is going to be my last time purchasing Xb0x.

    it outrages that sony offer full refund and microsoft doesnt!

    i asked for my money back casue of the horrible preformence on my Xbox One X - and it was declined !

    Until you receive the item, the responsibility lies between the sender and courier, as they are the ones that have the service contract. Until that item is in your hands, you have no responsibility for it not being delivered.

    Microsoft are liable up to the point you sign for it. This is why the sender must claim for a lost item, not the receiver, because only the sender has proof it was sent. I would get back in contact with Microsoft, and tell them to contact FedEx, because
    it sounds like they're trying to avoid liability.

    If FedEx cannot find it, then it is up to Microsoft to replace it, as they are the ones that should have insured it for delivery. They can claim for the loss from FedEx, but they must provide a replacement to you. You have no liability in this situation,
    none at all.

    As for the post above me... no, the OP is not the customer of FedEx, he is the customer of Microsoft. Microsoft are FedEx's customer, because they are the ones paying for the delivery service.
