    FedEx lost my package


    Ok so I'm Mark I'm a 28 year old man who recently ordered 2 design lab controllers

    One for me and one for my Girlfriend

    Mine showed up no problem but my girlfriends never arrived

    Got a text saying it was delivered to a Jake but I don't know any Jake after 2 weeks of back and forth with FedEx they informed me that they had invested the matter,found out where it was delivered to,went to get it but the person/persons wouldn't give it
    back FedEx claimed that the person had already put it in their "personal inventory" and told me to contact Microsoft but I haven't gotten any help from XBox at all

    HELP!!

    What do I do?!?!!

    Shipping Concerns? Getting Zero Help From Microsoft

    You need to contract FedEx about your lost package. Once it leaves the warehouse FedEx is responsible for it and can assist you further

    How can I contact Microsoft about lost package?

    Hi was told from FedEx that they can't locate my package and to file a lost package with Microsoft. They also wanted a full description of the item everything from make model value etc

    FedEx is also pretty speedy. It normally takes just five to seven business days to resolve a claim.

    As the sender, recipient, or third-party, you’ll have 60 calendar days to file a claim for damaged or missing contents and up to nine months to file lost item reports. Just make sure you keep all packaging or evidence because FedEx might ask to see it.

    then explain the situation when you get through
