FedEx lost my package

You need to contract FedEx about your lost package. Once it leaves the warehouse FedEx is responsible for it and can assist you further

Hi was told from FedEx that they can't locate my package and to file a lost package with Microsoft. They also wanted a full description of the item everything from make model value etc

  Got a text saying it was delivered to a Jake but I don't know any Jake after 2 weeks of back and forth with FedEx they informed me that they had invested the matter,found out where it was delivered to,went to get it but the person/persons wouldn't
  give it back FedEx claimed that the person had already put it in their "personal inventory" and told me to contact Microsoft but I haven't gotten any help from XBox at all
