fedex is saying my package is delivered and will not tell me the location they delivered it too

i am trying to get my package from microsft the fedex is saying they delivered my pacakage but ive checked the post office both times and they are saying its not there, and fedex will not give me the location of where my package got dropped off or why didnt
anyone have to sign for my package. and the fedex represantive on the phone asked me 2 times what were the contents of the package i told them it was none of their business and i just wanted my package..when i check it they say package delievered signature
not required and release authorized?? i said what does that mean and when i give them the actual post office box fedex is saying it got delivered to the wrong address and now they are doing a trace on the package and i assume they are going to where it is
they left my package no one signed for and are now trying to recover my package..ive did everything right..i have given them my tracking number and they still refuse to tell me where the package got delivered too even after i told them i could provide physical
identification of who i am too.

i need to talk to some at microsoft but i dont know what to do and fedex is being shady about this because..i am pretty sure when it comes to repairs or warranty issues..i am sure they make their customers sign for it or they atleast scan it or something.

i just want my package but now i have to wait for fedex to do their trace to find my package,,they know where it is but they outright refuse to tell me the location of my property...its beyond stupidity for fedex to act that way

Hello, you have to wait to find out what FedEx its doing. Currently its on their part to figure out this issue since they're the ones who delivered package. I don't think they will tell you where it was delivered if that is not your address, but it is
on them to find out what happened.

This sounds like maybe a regional thing, as my package was delivered with Fedex, not GLS.

It may be that the Microsoft store marked it as delivered to the shipper. In this case that would be FedEx. Does the FedEx tracking number state that the package arrived in your local station already? You would generally see that the package was out for
delivery or had been marked as delivered on the tracking number.

Try to contact fedex, responsible for delivering your package so they can analyze it, friend.

You say in the Title that it went to the wrong address but your posts says the van only "passed". Did FedEx tell you they delivered to the wrong address when you called them on the 11th?
