    Fed up...just want what I payed for!


    Bought a controller Sept 18 which broke, replacement sent in Nov, wrong item sent, informed microsoft of error, but decided to keep as didn't want to wait weeks for another replacement. Returned this controller in March, as this also broke. I have been told
    to be patient, redesign, tech lab will arrange credit, 3 months later ...still no replacement. Emails from everywhere phone calls to different countries, absolutely infuriatingly ridiculous! Called Europe again today, told they will contact Germany returns
    centre, wait another few days, seriously Microsoft can someone sort this out! I have redesigned controllers sitting in my basket, as instructed by yourselves, then receive email saying thank you for your patience, case closed! No credit and no controller.
    I just want what I payed for, can some one please help

    I have come across a few people with the "Ambassador" rank who are pretty rude or like to make snide undermining comments towards people, almost as if they're trying to make the user feel or look stupid. I'm not too fussed however, I just let them get on
    with it. Although it does seem like a lot of people are applying for the role without truly understanding what the responsibilities are. The Ambassador program shouldn't just be open to anybody IMO. There are people out there that I know who have been banned
    from XBL just the once who have a great knowledge of the console itself, many of the games and the online services who will never be eligible for "Ambassador" due to them breaking the Code of Conduct just the once and believe it or not, it was for the most
    ridiculous of things. That being said, they'd probably never apply for the program as they never use the forums so, not really an issue whatsoever.

    BEWARE. SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A TECH DEVICE!!!!!!

    just shipped my system back at 12:00 to day and I had to pay 14.99$ plus tax 15.89 to fed ex to pack the item. I called xbox waited on hold for 36 mins and told them what happened and they said that its a fed ex problem not a Microsoft problem the guy was
    nice about it though. finger pointing from a multi billon dollar company? why not try to fix my concern?. I don't make stuff up man. I just want answers for this diabolical service system.
