Fed up and leaving Xbox!

I have been an xbox user from day one, have paid every month for xbox live, gamepass, have owned every version of xbox going and this weekend i had my gamertag signed in on a xbox 360 and they have been using my xbox live, gamepass and also download minecraft:
xbox 360 version for £13 when i contacted microsoft they told me to up my security (which has made no difference as they are playing minecraft as i type this) and when i applied for a refund they denied it!! Thankfully barclays understood and have refunded
it.

so as of this weekend coming i will be buying a playstation and closing my microsoft account.

Did you try changing your password? I would do that right away and make the 2-factor authentication active for your account so nobody can sign in on another console/device.

As others have suggested here, the best thing for you to do is secure your account. Change your password, turn on all security options (2FA if able), and the other person won't be able to log in thereafter.

Even if they dont log out of my account and stay signed in?

my password is in the process of being changed i jave to wait 30 days
