February's Extra Star for spending xxx amount mission - completed but didn't reward

Pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. Since the majority of your purchases last month were either a consumable or a pre-order, you did not complete the offer. This is mentioned

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar

We see that you were targeted for a VIP Boost to your fourth star. However, the spending requirement for that offer was 875 SEK. Since your purchase amount in February was beneath this amount, it did not complete that offer, and therefore did not award a
bonus star.

After reviewing your account, it looks like you were affected by an issue that caused our purchase information to be delayed around the beginning of March. This caused your purchases on the 28th to not be properly factored in when calculating this offer.
We are currently working with our platform team on resolving this issue and awarding the bonus rank and payback at this level for February. Apologies for the inconvenience. We'll update this thread when they provide us with their solution to this problem.
