February update will not allow me to play game discs.

After today's (2/19) update at 6:11pm my Xbox One will no longer play any of my game discs. I have followed all of the prompts from Xbox support and nothing has worked. It must be the most recent update since it was working fine right before the update.
Is there anything that will correct this issue?

Offline Game Play Issues

I recently updated my Xbox One and encountered an issue.

There is no error code that appears, but whenever I try to play my games offline, it won't allow me to. This includes both installed games and games with discs. It says my gamer profile is not signed in, and when I try to sign in, it won't allow me
to. Because I can't sign in, it won't let me play my games or save anything.

I know before I could play offline, but now I can't. Is this what was intended or is this an update issue? Is anyone having this issue and can this be fixed?

 

Xbox telling me I dont Have gold

my microsoft account says my gold is active until february, however my console wont allow me to play games that require gold, and is trying to make me purchase more.

 

Try doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and online test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

Genesis1953 I have tried the hard restart already and it did not work. I also went offline and back online, removed my profile then added it again and still did not get any thing resolved. I do keep getting this error code 0x8027025a every time. But thank
you for the help.
