February update messed up chat.

I am unable to chat with people due to the bad controller update. It did something to my headset where it keeps shorting out. I checked to see if it was a speaker issue, so I plugged my phone into it, no problem listening to music. This must be a technical
error on your part and I ask that you look into it. If this did any permanent damage, I would like my Turtle Beach X12s to be replaced at no charge towards me.

Party chat messed up.

I am able to hear players not in my party. The reason I go to a party is to not be able to hear people. Any idea of why this is happening. It only started a few weeks ago. I tried looking at all settings. Thanks everyone.

 

The new update definitely messed up something with my headphones. They were working just fine before the update and when I went to use them they do not work now. So I ask that you replace my very expensive Turtle Beach X12 headset or otherwise I will sue
for damage to personal property.
