February star for £60 spent

hi when i looked at my rewards in February it said because i came so close if i spend £60 more i February i will get to the next star rank so i ended up spending probably £100 more in February to make sure i got it. Looked on the 1st of March and it said
please check back on the 7th your star rank is under construction, so i waited and looked and its gone back to what its always been and hasn't given me the next star rank.

Missing MyVIP star

Spent over $50 in February to get promotion star. March 7th has arrived and i still don't have star.

I don't get my second star in february

In February i got a mail. I have to spent more then 61 Euro in the shop to get my second star. I spent 68 Euro for a couple of games. Why i dont get the second star?

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:
