February Quest Prize Not Received

For a second time I have not received a prize for the monthly quest. To the best of my knowledge I completed all 3 requirements. I played more than 3 games for half an hour each. Earned 2 achievements in the games with gold, title Shadow Warriors. And played
multiplayer for like 20 hours between Roblox, Path of Exile, and Sea of Thieves beta. So I'm confused why this happened again. Please help!

Haven't got rewards for Xbox/game pass quests for January or February.

For help with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. Keep in mind that prizes from quests are given within the following month, so it would be too soon to have received anything for February.

OK. I tried to edit this because I combined the wrong things. When I said Feb, I meant didn't get a price IN Feb from Jan. And I mixed up the requirements. Jesus... I got 5 achievements, played over 10hrs of multiplayer. And used the app several times. Sorry
for the post being all screwed up.
