February Bonus MyVIP Star Still Missing & My Pending Rewards Credits Haven't Deposited

Apologies for the confusion. Since we manually adjusted your rank after the recalibration in December, you were incorrectly sent the VIP Boost offer for members who came close to ranking up, but ended the year not quite finishing their star rank. Therefore,
when you completed the offer, the offer promoted you based on your rank before our manual adjustment. We will adjust your account to account for completion of the offer, and you should see this change by the end of next week.

There was an issue with payback interacting with the VIP Boost offer that caused February payback to be delayed. Since this payback is what scheduled your for your automatic deposit, it was not placed as pending in your account in time for the mid-month
deposit around the ninth. You should expect this deposit in the end of month deposit cycle. Apologies for the delay.

As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/6c86f135-206e-4364-a35c-aaeaa3c24ab8), since you did not have any MyVIP stars the past year,
you did not earn any Rewards Credits. Since you have not made any purchases recently, you have not earned any Credits from any available offers or from MyVIP. Your purchases in February completed our MyVIP bonus star offer, so you currently do have a MyVIP
star for this year, but again, since you have not made any purchases since earning that star, you have earned no MyVIP payback. You currently have some Credits pending on the MyRewards page that we mentioned in our previous post. Users cannot request a scheduled
deposit until they have at least 1000 pending Credit.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Since you have since reached that 5000 Credit amount, you have now been scheduled, so you do not need to schedule one manually, so that button has been removed. Pending Credits
require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month.
You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since you were not scheduled for a deposit until March 17th, you will be a part of the mid-April deposit.

Since you have not made any MyVIP eligible purchases until March, you have not earned any MyVIP payback over the period of October-February. Regarding your March MyVIP payback, also in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

We see multiple Credit and Deposit events on your account. You can review these events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime. For example, we see that your last deposit occurred on February 28th. You can confirm this deposit as
currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that your February payback is currently pending deposit (we only automatically
deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits). If you are asking about your March payback, from our FAQ:
