February 2018 Xbox Quest reward not received

Hello,

I did not receive an Xbox Message in the month of March providing my reward for the Xbox Quests for the month of February.

I have waited the recommended time to receive my reward, past the last date of the distributing month, and have not yet received my message.

I am able confirm that I completed all quest challenges provided in the Xbox Gold menu and the detailed terms of agreement.

I achieved a minimum of two achievements in the following GWG titles with the game times captured through game hub:

1. Assassins Creed India - 48 minutes game time

2. Shadow Warrior - 1 hour

3. Crazy Taxi - +1 hour

I have also signed into my Gold account and the mobile App every day of the month to meet the log-in challenge.

My gamer tag is .

Please review my profile to verify that I met the qualifications. This is the second time this has happened to me this year, if there is anything I need to do to my profile to prevent the need to follow up every month going forward, please let me know.

Missing Rewards For Xbox Quests January and February 2018

Hello, I completed the Xbox Gold and Game Pass Quests for both January and February 2018. I have not received the rewards in my messages yet though. Can someone assist me with this? Thank you.

 

February game pass and game with gold reward missing

I have received any rewards for all the game pass quests and games with gold quests for February 2018. I spoke with support and they sent me here. Trying to figure out what’s going on. Thank you.

I'm still waiting on my febuary one and having no joy so I not doing no.quest again as they cant deliver
