  2. Uninstalling & reinstalling won't fix it because this is an issue with those 2 specific challenges. We are working on getting it fixed ASAP so you guys won't miss out on completing the challenges for this month 100%.

  3. Same here. Windows 8.1 Lenovo N585. Feb. 1 & 2 daily challenges worked great. All of Feb 3 is crashing and I was able to do the Expert Level on Feb. 4 daily challenges.

    Yes, exactly the same for me. (HP Envy with Touchpad running Win8.1.) Tried the uninstall/re-install usual routine with no success as others found also.

    I have to say, having just recently purchased an Android tablet - the apps on it are far superior & cheaper than Win 8/8.1's &, on reading the Google Play forums, the techie responses to any problems are immediate & very helpful... & they're Google techies,
    not other forum members! I would suggest MS exec's take serious note of the fact that they no longer have to compete with a single, more expensive competitor & treat their customers appropriately. _

  5. Has anyone fix this yet? did Xbox support care? Should we all just get a Playstation? instead of Xbox One?

    They're working on a fix for it!! The Xbox support does care about the problem, which is why they're trying to get a fix for it ASAP so we can continue on our badge quest! Just be patient and don't give up!

    Yes I have the same problem appear on two totally different ASUS PC's at the same time. MS bloat-ware strikes again. I too have unbroken streaks on both machines under two different names for nearly a year now. If they don't fix it I will remove the product
    and concentrate on Candy crush.

    We are working on getting the issue resolved ASAP. I would like to mention, however, that I am the Community Manager for this title and not part of the Xbox Support group unfortunately.

    No, it's not fixed! Now have a chalenge fom 6th Feb not working to add to the list. I've stopped laughing now - joke's over.

    @Bobtheshoe Have you installed the recent update from the store? Or: try uninstalling your app and get a fresh install from the store. Every daily challenge since feb 3 works fine on my Surface RT after I installed the update.

    I was under the impression that updates were automatic in W8,1? Nor could I find an update in the store!. However, I un-installed and re-installed and all ok now. So thanks for tip

  15. @StewedWinter31 I have responded several times on several different threads. I am unsure as to why you are continuing to say there is no response when I have responded here in forums many times as well as to individual users on Facebook.

    Me too! Never had a problem until Feb 3, 2014 and it was only one out of the three daily challenges for Microsoft Mahjong and it happened again today Feb 4 , 2014.
