Hi, I've browsed some other threads and am aware you are working through some technical issues regarding the star boost promotion. Could you please confirm that I have met the requirements for the promotion, and update me when the issue has been resolved?

Feb VIP Star Boost

Hello mchiass,

We can confirm that some users were affected by an issue with our data source that prevented purchases around the beginning of this month to be processed on time. Unfortunately, this caused your purchases on the 28th to not be properly included in our VIP Boost
calculations. We are working with our platform team on correcting this issue and promoting those affected by this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused. When we can confirm a resolution has been deployed, and that you have been properly
promoted, we'll update this thread!

Feb VIP Star Boost

I, along with quite a few others it seems, followed through with the February promotion to get a star boost. My email said I had to spend $75 pre-tax to get a bump. I did and did not see a reflection in my rank.
