Feb 15 update gives black screen

after feb 2015 update the Xbox one gets black screep upon start up. Only power cycle solves issue, has anyone reported this issue.

Well I just did a factory reset and a manual system update again to make sure everything bad was wiped out. So we shall see what that does.

I had an issue after my update. I restored mine back to how it came from the box and all my issues seem to have gone away. This does erase all data on the console and you will need to download all games again but it may be worth a try.

 

Yes likewise. Same issue. Getting sick of Microsoft now. Noting but problems.

 

After you perform the Hard Reset, the console works correctly?

How many times has this happened?

 

Every time since this months update. And yes hard resets works fine BUT the whole point is that Xbox shouldnt be doing this. Microsoft failed yet again.

 

Black screen after start up yes? After update from feb 2015. Goes to show Microsoft are failing yet again, we pay 399 on average for the Xbox ones, and don't expect issues like this.

 

I was playing Dead or Alive 5 the game froze my xbox (that's been happening to everyone though). I hard reset my X1, it loaded back up Xbox logo then black screen. Hard reset same thing, unplug everything take out the game same thing. This is ridiculous.
