FEB 12 2019 UPDATE ISSUES!!!

Has anyone else had issues with their console following the recent OS update that came out on Feb 12th 2019. The console has been randomly freezing and crashing since and finally I believe has taken a turn for the worse.

It wouldn't move past the green Xbox screen o. Startup and I followed the instructions in the support page (all of them) hard resets, power cord disconnected. I have entered troushooting mode and attempted start up through the still nothing. Again I followed
every instruction provided on the support page. Now my console wont even let me Completely reset it. I selected remove all games and accounts in a final step of troubleshooting and the system turned on finally but halfway through the "preaparing console"
I got the "something went wrong" error. And followed those steps which were all the same as before. Final step is to send it in or buy a new one I guess but want to know if anyone else had had this issues specifically since the most recent OS version Update.

You can see that my console has the most recent update.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue since the new update.

Now if you are receiving Startup Errors and have already tried all the steps outlined in the

offline update solution, then more than likely your console will be in need of repair.

You can get this done either by visiting our
device support portal or by contacting
customer support and having them outline your service options either through chat or on the phone.

Are you part of the insider preview program.

As the options to do a factory reset can be slightly different.

I understand that you're having issues with a Game Pass promotion.

Are you referring to the "2 months of Game Pass for $2" promotion?

If so, it appears that the promotion was only offered from Feb 12th 2019 - Feb 21st 2019.

Your Xbox may not have updated yet when you made the purchase still showing you the offer from yesterday.
