Featured upload clips/top 10s just get worse and worse.

This weeks latest installment of 95% absolute rubbish imo featured upload clips and top 10s is beyond a joke.I have so many extremely good and die hard quality gamers on my friends list and I watch alot of thier uploads and never am I seeing them on featured
or are they getting any views they deserve.

Is there just this little click going on with the people in charge of uploads,or do you have to have a video of yourxelf being a complete *** most of the time along with your clip?to get one featured,So many of them are set up and fake,its rediculous.

There was 1 clip out of the last week that stuck out for me 3 kills with 1 shot in bf4 ,also the gun reviews from bf4, the many cod clips gr8 gamers have taken time to make help n tips reviews,the 360 spin in nfs,but the rest of the trash is just simple
or set up.7-0 no scopes wopee doo I know bf4 players that do that with their eyes closed cant mention any names.

How much longer is this going to continue?and so many awesome uploads just dont get any recognition.

so much easier to wait till you open the X1... they have an app called upload where it shows featured clips and friends clips etc etc etc....

 

Things just get worse

Dialog is coming through my left and right channels no matter what sound option is selected on the XB1

I've cycled all sound formats on my receiver and only get the centre channel working with ALL Channels Set

The clip in the BF4 Top Ten that was definitely a set-up was the 2,000 meter plus headshot. The 3 in 1 clip could have been but that looked like two randoms spawning on a squad mate. But yeah, the Top Ten for BF4 was kind of
weak in terms of clips.
