As Genesis noted above, you'll want to head over to the Xbox One Preview Program forums for further assistance with that. However if you haven't yet, I recommend

removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console and then re-adding it and trying again.

This is a preview feature and not currently available in the general release. You should post questions and concerns about this new feature in the preview program's forums.

This was a good feature but the constant issues with it crashing pretty much ruined the feature.

Please check to make sure there is no permissions issue with your account.

And in the part of "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

If it won't let you log in to set up your account, there may be two reasons.

1. The date of birth of your account is underage, check it in this link:

https://account.microsoft.com/profile

2. You are a member of a family group, check it in this link

https://account.microsoft.com/family/home

If you are a minor, you must enter a family group and the family group administrator must configure your account in the same way that I indicated initially.

Having the same issue. It's a shame a feature like this is having these kind of issues still. Instead of trying to add new features, they should try to optimize overall performance of already existing features such as Snap and overall responsiveness of the
console.
