    Fearing my Xbox is beyond repair. E101 & E102 Errors


    So my XBOX One X has had a few issues over the years. I fear hardware failure but before I consign it to the repair heap and spend £400 on a new one I thought I'd ask you kind folks for help.

    Games kept freezing (FIFA 20 to be precise) tried the usual power cycling and what not but it would still freeze at random points.

    After one power cycle I ended up with an E105 error.

    About 6 months ago I'd reset to factory settings with an offline update so thought I'd try again.

    First I get an E102 00000C01 80070571 error on the troubleshoot menu.

    Trying reset to factory settings keeps me in this loop.

    So I try OSU1 but no joy.

    System Error E101 00000503 80070003

    It seems I may be part of the Insider programme (although I've no memory of signing up)...

    My OS Version is : 019041.1999.amd64fre.vb_release_xbox_dev_2005.200506-0000

    Any help or advice would be welcome. It's been a long painful day so far.

    Haha I appreicate the honesty. I'm just gutted as the console is only 18 months old. £400 down the toilet :(

    Let's get you started on the right path for these particular errors. We have troubleshooters for both E101 and E102, first start out with this

    E101 Troubleshooter     and keep us in the loop with how it goes.

    Contacted support and they just left me in the dark

    Error loop of E102 and E101 tried all the solutions still nothing soo yeah....
