    Do other people get requests from people that they don't know? The other night I got two, one was actually from a buddy that had to setup a new account since his last one was hacked. The other I have no idea who the person is and they wont reply to a message. Can you block yourself from a public list?

    File a compliant on his profile. If he's not in your friend list, go to xbox.com, send him a Friend Request, sign in your Xbox and check for the pending Friend Request, open his profile, then file a complain. After you have done all this, cancel the request.

    Smart thing to do would be to wait until he's offline, send him a friend request, use that to open up his profile and file the complaint then delete the friend request. He'll be none the wiser.
