    Correct. Any account on the Home Xbox will be able to play the game. On the non-Home Xbox, only the account which purchased the game can access it.

    Game Pass Ultimate can also be shared to the Home Xbox, yes.

    Yes, the old Xbox needs to be the Home Xbox in this case.
