Favorites Pack: Charged again for each Pack?!?

So I purchased and installed MINECRAFT XBOX ONE EDITION: FAVORITES PACK and every time my kids try to save one of the extra worlds (Skyrim, Halloween, etc.) there's a message saying that they must pay $3.99 for the extra pack if they want to save.

Isn't that why we had to pay extra $10 for the Favorites Pack ($29.99 vs $19.99)? They lost a couple of games so far but I went ahead and spent $3.99 so that they wouldn't lose another game/progress.

I'd like to get my $3.99 back and fix the issue with getting charged yet again for each pack.

Halo 5 Vehicle REQ Pack - Missing REQs

Hi,

I purchased 3 of the promotional Vehicle REQ Packs within Halo 5 ($5.99 each), but was charged for 7 total. However, despite being charged for 7 purchases, I only received the 3 packs that I had originally purchased.

I called Xbox Support, and they directed me to post on here detailing my problem.

Charged twice for one purchase?

I was charged twice and given 2 notifications for downloading a 15 pack pro bundle on Madden 25 for ultimate team. I only purchased one and only got the 15 packs plus the topper pack for purchasing the one. I checked my bank account already and I was indeed
charged twice. There is no option to re-download these and either way, why am I being charged for something I did not purchase? I could understand if I recieved it and was charged but not only did I not purchase it I did not recieve a 2nd 15 pack bundle and
again I was charged for 2..

Did you solve this issue? Bought my kids this edition yesterday and they've had the same problem, no sign of the dlc after installation and the store just has the option to purchase the items. Anyone else having this problem?

 

I just purchased the same thing for my son and running into the same issues. Has anyone been able to find a resolution to this issue?

 

No I haven't had any luck as yet.

 

Here's what I learned from a very helpful fella at Gamestop:

The Xbox One disc seems to include a few packs in addition to those listed on the box/case. Apparently, the packs that are listed on box (and ONLY THOSE SPECIFIC PACKS) should be free. All of the additional packs will need to be paid for. I haven't personally
confirmed this for everything listed on the box but at a glance it appears to be true.

It looks like this is just a case of REALLY WRETCHEDLY HORRIBLE product labeling. I'll try to confirm when I get home this evening but if any of you others can confirm for the rest of us then please do. Thanks!

 

The reason it's not working is probably because Skyrim and Halloween are not included
