What are your favorite co-op spots and a good soul level to be summoned quickly?

My favorite Map is Canals and Operation metro.

My favorite co-op is Drop' em like Liquid.

 

DkS 2 doesn't work with soul level, it works with soul memory. So, there's no good spot to just sit, because eventually you'll get your soul memory to the point that you will no longer be summoned...at least in NG. Once you hit NG+ all bets are off I suppose.

I will say that Dragon Shrine is probably one of the worst places to get summoned.

 

I got constantly summoned at the Executioner's Chariot and the Ruin Sentinels as well as the two Dragonriders(?) and Mirror Knight. Others were so-and-so.

 

I had a good run last night putting my sign down at the bonfire before Velstadt. I'm looking to bank up a bunch of souls and buy out all the vendors. I'll try out some of these other locations.

 

As they said. Soul Memory is everything and Soul Level has zero effect on co-op or pvp.

And with that being known. I like to co-op in dranglic castle at the first bonfire (king's gate)

I can farm for slabs while I wait and everyone (no matter what SM) has to kill the watcher/defender and la-shawn-dra eventualy.

 

Yeah Drangleic Castle is allways a good spot once you make it there. My favourit spot whould be Dragon shrine, as my favourit boss-battle whould be Guardian Dragon. Its very hard imo, and at some point I dident even think I was going to be able to do it,
but Theres allways someone in dire need of assistance, and it pays good especially if you have to help clear a path to get to the boss, and ofcourse if you suceed in claiming the Victory

 

I think you mean Ancient Dragon, not Guardian Dragon?

Do you find that hosts actually succeed against the Ancient Dragon? Personally, I find that having multiple people in the fight just makes it so you can't predict the dragon's movements. It's a much easier fight solo.

 

Yes R3d PO1nt you might be right. Its that monstrosety you find at the end of Dragon Shrine that gives you the Ashen Mist.

As for youre question I can say that out of all the summoning i'v done at Dragon Shrine i'v only come out succesfully 4 times including my own, so its not something that happens very often. I like it better when you have somebody with you that can distract
it give you a chance to buff up/heal. I think I had one good phantom with me, and an NPC when I made it. Anyway I had to try all sorts of tactics before I got an idear what whould Work the best to me. First I tried with magic/miracles.All the spells you could
carry+Northern ritualband ring+2, and more often than not I was dead before I got halfway through the soulspears. I even looked online, and was lead to believe that no matter what you couldent survive his AOE fire-attaks, so I dident think it matter I only
had half the Health. Then I realised that with the right gear, and Flame quartz ring +3,Flash sweat you could actually survive his area fire attack so I changed it back to a strenght build, and startet two handing the Gyrm greatshield in the right, swinging
the Magic Gyrm Greataxe+10 in the left with Crystal Magic weapon, and buffing up on Flash sweat. I still needed someone WHO knew what they where doing before I made it. Great feeling tho, and one hell of a battle if you ask me

 

I'm looking for assistance with bosses. So add me if you can assist. Also trying to clear new areas of course. I'm stuck on the sentinels and the poison swamp area I just got to the second bon fire.
