    Faulty Xbox One


    Hi there

    I seem to be having the black screen of death issue on my Xbox One. I tried everything from hard reset to buying a new hdmi cable but none of the options mentioned on your support page helps. After i switch on the console the screen just stays black and
    it's as if my TV cannot read and signal from the console.

    Please help Faulty Xbox One :(

    XBOX One faulty????

    It's starting to sound like disc drive failures may be the new RROD. I know things happen, but there seem to be a lot of them dying very early on.

    Blank Screen Troubleshooter? Be sure to give that a go, including the steps to reset your display settings to see if

    Hi there,

    have you tried a power cycle to see if that solves any weirdness?

    Please press and hold the power button on the console for at least 10 seconds until you hear the console powering down. Wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange and if the light has been orange for at least 30 seconds power the console
    on again.
