    Faulty XBOX ONE


    Good day

    My xbox one does not read any game, the television screen turns red; and cannot stay connected to the network. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended - power cycling to reset network and tried to connect console to internet via Ethernet cable -
    without success. My device is still guaranteed. Please assist.

    defective consoles are definitely not as wide spread as 360 this time so that is bad luck you ended up with one. ms will sort you out

    Hi there,

    have you tried a power cycle to see if that solves any weirdness?

    Please press and hold the power button on the console for at least 10 seconds until you hear the console powering down. Wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange and if the light has been orange for at least 30 seconds power the console
    on again.
