Faulty Xbox one X turns off on its own during games

My Xbox One X has been faulty ever since i got it back in 2018.

It started when i tried to play borderlands 3 and the xbox one x would just randomly switch off.

I thought it might have been the game so i reduced the game quality and turned off 4k and it seemed to be ok.

Then it started again when Call Of Duty Modern Warfare was released, and again i turned off the 4k option and it seemed to be ok.

I was in the preview program and logged so many reports but no-one got back to me. i spoke to microsoft support about the issue and they couldnt help me, told me to talk to the preview team.

I left the preview and things seem to be ok for a while, so just carried on. but now my xbox one x just keeps doing it on random games now, and i when i try and get though the XBOX support i get no answer, and i am stuck with a faulty £400 machine that was
faulty all along and is only 18 months old?

Can someone at microsoft people help me?

I used to have a similar experience with my Xbox, it turns out I have been putting my Xbox on a closed area with no flow of air and it gets very hot and shuts itself, I know its a different situation but try it and change the position of the Xbox and put
it in an open space.

I hope you find a solution to this headache of a problem.

I have tried multiple places, and it is always in a ventilated cool place. i even bought a stand with a fan. and the airflow that comes out is not warm is a cool airflow. so unless the paste on the CPU is faulty or the Preview Program has done some damage
is the only things i can think of.

Sometimes it does it when i first load up the xbox and go into a game.

And i have take the xbox and had it cleaned by a airline compressor we have at work,
