Faulty Xbox One X serviced, came back in same condition

My 3-week-old Xbox One X started having issues: games crashing and freezing, constant error messages (including E105) and weird things like Rock Band stuttering in the middle of a song. I sent a service request, tried to describe the issues the best I could
provided the ~ 100 char limit and got it on it's way to Germany.

2 long weeks later I get it back and included in the box is a note saying they've "Thoroughly tested and restored the console to factory settings to ensure extreme Xbox entertainment experiences.". No mention about compensation for the 14 days of missed
Live, Game Pass and EA Access time.

I boot it up and the extreme Xbox experiences that followed in the next 3 hours included

- Various games crashing, freezing and getting stuck in loading screens

- Rock Band stuttering during songs

- Error messages including, but not limited to: "There's a problem with your saved games", "Something went wrong", "For some reason Home / Microsoft Store / Idle mode / Game XYZ took too long to start", "The item you're trying to use appears to be corrupt"
and the good old "System Error: E105"

So that's essentially 2 weeks wasted, and I'm still stuck with a broken console. Plus I can't make another service request, because the last one is apparently not in a finished state. How do I now ensure that instead of restoring factory defaults, they actually
properly replace my console the next time I send it in?

Faulty Xbox One? Have a free game!

Update on mine - got my new console today and sent my faulty one back with the same courier.

New one works fine. Brilliant service for me.

Installation stopped

xbox one X with same error,, send my unit to repair, 1 week later came back and in the next day made the same error, I really hate xbox.

I sent mine back for warranty, it came back in the same condition, unrepaired, only they did a reset to the factory geniuses .

The disc still didn't work after their fantastic service, I sold the game and bought a digital one.

The second time I did not want to send the console to the service and waste time

The thread is getting attention from loyal MS fans. I had to pay to send my faulty day one controller over to the Czech Republic, from what i am hearing the people of the USA do not pay to send their faulty peripherals back, it is a disgrace, the customer
service is none existent as well. I sent my faulty day one console in for repair, it was 24 hours old and in perfect cosmetic condition when i sent it off, they returned the same console to me and it was scratched to bits, sounded like a jet engine and still
would not read discs. Ended up sending back to the original seller who only offered a partial refund after receiving it back because of the cosmetic damage caused by the service center. Then after i had sent it back to the seller i received an email from
MS claiming they had offered a replacement unit not a repair. This was a blatant lie as i was only offered another repair not replacement.
