Faulty xbox one elite bumper

Ahhh, that's a bummer! Well, as long as it IS a defect and not a little rage (trust me we all get it haha) then you should be able to go to the retailer you bought it from and get a refund.

In this case you don't have a recipt or know the retailer somehow, so what you can do is head over to the Xbox Support team over here -> https://support.xbox.com/en-US/ and follow my steps

1. Click the link ->https://support.xbox.com/en-US/
2. Scroll down and click Contact Us
3. Click Xbox One then click 'See other options' if applicable
4. Under Console and accessories find and click Warranty, service and repair
5. You can either use Step 3 that shows up and go through those steps, or you can talk with a real Xbox worker by clicking
   Chat with Xbox Support under Step 4
6. From there you tell them everything that happened, and make sure you have the controller nearby. They will ask for your serial number or other information and that may be found in the packaging of the controller
   or it can also be found under your controller where you put the batteries.

My Elite controller purchased in October from Game online developed a faulty right bumper. I contacted Game and they told me to exchange for a new one instore I was well chuffed.

So is there any member of staff that wants to comment on this thread? I feel that the next viable step is a letter of complaint because online requests are getting nowhere. This is absolutely unacceptable that Microsoft continues to brush this off and turn
a blind eye to their mistakes.

Hey there, I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your controller. I do wish the warranty was a lot longer too. But you can send in your controllers for repair or replacements. It's best if your console is still covered by warranty as you won't need
to pay much at all or any for that matter. A few people complain than Microsoft only services consoles and controllers. That's not entirely true. You just need to know where exactly to look and who to speak to.

SEND IN THE BARE CONTROLLER if you need that fixed, keep the removable sticks and DPAD, as you will be sent back a barebone controller.

You can also request replacement pieces incase you've lost thumbsticks/paddles or they have broken.
